Download Hamachi and Register for Hamachi

https://secure.logmein.com/products/hamachi/download.asp

Install Hamachi and connect to hamachi

Look at the bottom of Hamachi next to login and logout
Click on Join an existing network

Network Name: OuchRS
Network password: 1234

Go on http://www.moparscape.org/

And make a login and name

Server IP 5.45.121.32

And you are on the server!
